Our stay at the hotel was mixed. While we enjoyed the spacious family rooms and convenient location near shopping areas, the pool experience was marred by excessive chlorine, causing discomfort for the kids. The breakfast offerings left something to be desired, and the service experience with the front desk could use improvement, particularly in accommodating guest needs. Overall, good space but disappointing in key areas.
